A scrub for my skin

This is what I was looking for.  I didn't know I can find this kind of scrub after I stopped using Artistry's scrub upon the advice of my beautician.

It feels so smooth after using this scrub from Dermalogica. It has a 'polishing' function.  It can also be used on  unwashed skin though I've not experimented this yet.  I use it on my cleansed face.  And the after-feel is so magical.  I do recommend this to anyone who wants a skin scrub or polishing.

The black mark is gone

After a few days, the black mark at the corner of my right eye was gone. Phew...

And I thought it was due to some kind of pigmentation or an aging symptom. My son is right, it's just due to a very minor bruise on this sensitive area of the face causing the dark spot.

What's that black thing at the corner of my eye?

As though my skin problems are not enough, I am now 'plagued' with this small tiny black patch (it looks like the eye-liner which was drawn too thick) at the corner of my right eye? Could it be pigmentation?

It isn't bulging and I can't peel it off or scrape it off.  My son says it could be a mild bruise. I certainly hope so.

Is too much whitening products not good for skin?

Not sure if this is true. But, my beauty consultant advised me so.

I was using Loreal whitening foam cleanser alternating with Artistry whitening cleanser and that's when my beauty consultant told me not to overuse whitening products. Could she be referring to cleanser only or other whitening products?

The reason she gave me was whitening products contain 'harsher' ingredients which function to remove or reduce pigments. Maybe, she's only cautioning me to use less whitening cleaser and not other whitening products.

Sun block doubles up as foundation

One stone kills two birds. For a busy mom, that's what I need. It's SPF 25 and with tinted foundation. Also, not too bad as a concealer of faint marks or depigmentation.

I don't leave home without this sun block.
